TRAINING COURSES

2. Course Bookings

All brow training courses must be booked online through our website. A deposit or booking payment is required to secure your place.

 

3. Payments & Deposits

  • All deposits and booking payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, illness, personal circumstances, travel issues, or failure to attend.

 

4. Course Transfers

  • Bookings may be transferred once only to an alternative course date.

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice must be provided via email.

  • Transfers requested with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be accepted.

  • Any further transfer requests will not be permitted and the booking will be forfeited.

 

5. Non-Attendance

Failure to attend a course without the required notice will result in the loss of your booking and payment. No refunds or transfers will be issued.

 

6. Course Changes or Cancellation by Brow Lord

Brow Lord reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a refund of the amount paid.

 

DIGITAL MANUALS & DOWNLOADS

 

7. Digital Products

Brow Lord sells digital manuals and downloadable educational materials. These are delivered electronically and are not physical products.

 

8. No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

 

9. Intellectual Property & Usage

  • All digital downloads are owned by Brow Lord or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for personal use only.

  • You must not:

    • Share, resell, reproduce, copy, or distribute the content

    • Modify or create derivative works

    • Use the content for commercial purposes

    • Upload the content to third-party platforms or share with students or clients

Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website or engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.

 

11. Liability

Brow Lord shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, training courses, or digital products.
